- This activity is confirmed on request. No payment is taken until the team confirms the date, boat, departure time and final price.
- Arrive at the Le Morne Anglers Club 5 to 10 minutes before the confirmed departure time.
- Fish Whisperer's terms require the trip status and departure time to be reconfirmed between 18:00 and 19:00 on the evening before. The team must confirm the contact method when the request is accepted.
- If a guest asks to return because they feel unwell, the whole boat returns and the trip is treated as completed. Fish Whisperer's terms also treat a skipper-ended trip as completed when it is ended for safety.
- Guests must behave safely and respectfully and follow the skipper's instructions. Unsafe or unruly behaviour can end the trip without a refund.
- Alcohol is not supplied. The skipper can refuse alcohol or boarding when consumption would be unsafe, including when a guest appears intoxicated.
- The provider's terms allow crew photos and videos to be used for marketing. Tell Andeor and the crew before departure if anyone in the group does not want to appear.
- Boating and water activities involve inherent risks. Tell the team about any medical or physical condition that could affect safe participation and follow all onboard safety instructions.
- The full Fish Whisperer terms, including risk acknowledgement and liability provisions, must be reviewed before the booking is confirmed.
