What you'll do
Maga Kani is a Beneteau Gran Turismo 40 motor yacht from 2018, with an electric bathing platform, a teak cockpit lounge and air conditioning below deck. The full day runs from 10am to 4pm out of La Balise Marina in Black River, with snorkelling at La Preneuse, a run near Crystal Rock or Le Morne Brabant, lunch and drinks on board and a stop towards Tamarin Bay. The yacht is yours for the day. The base price covers two guests including the lunch and drinks package, and each additional guest is Rs 4,250, with space for up to 8 guests. A premium lobster menu and a bottle of French Champagne can be added when you book.
Cast off from La Balise Marina
You step aboard your private GT40, meet the crew and pull away from the pontoon at 10am with the day wide open.
Snorkel straight off the platform
The yacht anchors over the reef at La Preneuse and you swim straight off the electric bathing platform into clear lagoon water.
Cruise for Crystal Rock or Le Morne
You run down the coast with Le Morne on the horizon while the skipper chooses the day's calmest, bluest water.
Lunch and drinks on deck
The crew lays out the lunch package with chilled drinks, and the platform stays down for anyone who wants one more swim.
Linger in Tamarin Bay
One last stretch of blue before home, stretched out on the bow with the sound system playing.
