Leave LUX Grand Gaube Hotel at approximately 9:30 am and head for Île d’Ambre, sailing along its mangroves before a snorkelling stop. Drinks are served after the swim before continuing to Îlot Bernache. Walk around the island, take photos and relax before a traditional Mauritian barbecue on the beach, which is included. Lunch is served without tables or chairs. Leave the island at about 2:30 pm and return to LUX Grand Gaube at approximately 3:30 pm. Departure time may vary with the tides. This is a shared excursion with a maximum of ten passengers aboard. A private trip can be arranged on request at a separately confirmed price.

Depart from LUX Grand Gaube Hotel at approximately 9:30 am, subject to tides.
Mangroves and snorkelling at Île d’Ambre
The pirogue follows the mangrove channels of Île d’Ambre, then stops for a swim over the reef. Drinks are served aboard after the snorkel.
Visit Îlot Bernache
We land on Îlot Bernache. Walk around the island, take photos and relax before lunch.
Barbecue on the island, included
A traditional Mauritian barbecue is served on the beach of Îlot Bernache and is included in the price. Lobster, tiger prawns, chicken, salad and garlic bread, followed by salted pineapple with banana flambé. There are no tables or chairs.
Return to Grand Gaube
Leave the island around 2:30 pm and arrive back at LUX Grand Gaube around 3:30 pm.
