Free cancellation

Cancel at least 48 hours before the excursion without a fee. A medical certificate waives the cancellation fee for the patient concerned only.

Partial refund

A 50% cancellation fee applies on the day before the excursion between 08:00 and 15:59 Mauritius time.

Last minute

A 100% cancellation fee applies after 16:00 on the day before the excursion or on the excursion day. A rescheduled booking that is later cancelled or missed is also charged in full.

If the operator cancels

For a technical cancellation, the operator agrees a new date with you. No cancellation fee applies if you leave Mauritius that day and cannot reschedule. If you knowingly travel to a standby activity that is cancelled, transport is not refunded. The operator will try to offer another slot or date.
