What you'll do
Whether you are new to mountain biking or already riding trails but feel stuck, this private coaching session is designed to help you progress quickly and safely. You’ll work directly with Henri, a passionate mountain biker and certified MTB coach, to improve the fundamentals that make the biggest difference on the trail: body position, braking, cornering, line choice, balance, confidence and flow. The session is adapted to your current level. We can keep it relaxed and beginner-friendly, or make it more technical if you already ride regularly and want to unlock the next step. This is not about sending it blindly. It is about understanding how to move on the bike, how to read the trail, and how to feel more in control.
Arrival
Greet and meet, coffee and bike setup
Assessment
I'll follow you down a bit of trail and assess your technique
Feedback & Chats
From that first impression, we will discuss the things I saw and the areas where you want to improve.
Coaching Session
We will focus on the area of your riding you want to improve. The coaching session will consist of demonstration, drills, feedback, and video analysis.
Laps
We will end the session with a few laps focusing on what we've learnt, and having fun.
Departure
Hopefully you've learnt a thing or two, and had a good time riding with me!
