Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund or reschedule without a penalty.

A 50% cancellation fee applies less than 48 hours before the service. Alternatively, you may reschedule once without a penalty.
On the service day
No refund applies to cancellations on the day of the service or to no-shows. The full booking amount is forfeited.
Rescheduling and refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Requests involving the same-day and rescheduling rules are reviewed against the partner’s published policy.
