The crew meet you at the Le Morne Anglers Club at nine in the morning and take the boat out along the coast.
The first leg runs north towards Tamarin, where the bay opens out and the water is usually calm early.
The boat stops for snorkelling, with the crew pointing out what is worth looking at.
The safari works down to the islet and the shallow water around it.
The full day carries on past Flic en Flac and Le Morne towards the south of the island.
