- Arrive thirty minutes before the departure time for the safety briefing. Late arrival can shorten the route or cancel the ride without a refund.
- Every rider signs the operator's disclaimer before the start, and the instructor can cancel the ride in bad weather.
- Departures run every day at 10:00 and 13:00.
- Pregnant women cannot take part, and anyone suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed to ride.
- Stops and locations vary according to the selected outing, the time frame and trail conditions.
- A private ride upgrade is available for Rs 2,000 per group on request.
- A return hotel shuttle for up to four guests can be arranged with the operator after booking, at an additional charge.
- The displayed price is per rider in Mauritian rupees.
