An hour along the east coast, past Roches Noires and Belle Mare and down to Île aux Cerfs, the island in the Trou d'Eau Douce lagoon, before turning back north to the seabase.
The seaplane taxis out over the shallows in front of the hotel, gathers speed and lifts off the water.
Île d'Ambre, the Roches Noires lagoon and Poste Lafayette pass under the wing.
The long white beach and the wide lagoon of the east coast.
The seaplane rounds the island and its sandbars before turning for home.
The return runs along the same coast, a little further inshore.
The seaplane touches down on the lagoon and taxis back to the beach in front of the hotel.
The numbered pins are the highlights along the way.
Indicative route. The pilot adapts it to the weather and to air traffic on the day.
