Captain Amaury de Coriolis runs two boats, the sport fisher Fleur de Sel and the open speedboat Oceanyka, and takes small groups out for blue marlin and tuna, for giant trevally on poppers and jigs around Ilot Benitier, and for dolphins and humpback whales along the west coast.
