Leave Beach House in Grand Bay at 08:30 and reach Îlot Gabriel at about 09:15 for 45 to 60 minutes. Continue to Flat Island for snacks, island time and snorkelling. The listed snacks are taro cakes and chicken and mushroom mini quiches. At noon, the team prepares a barbecue with chicken, sausage, fish, green salad, rotini pasta salad with egg, cheese and garlic bread, followed by banana tart. Cocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, juice and water are included. Leave at about 14:15 for roughly 45 minutes of snorkelling at Coin de Mire, then have chocolate cake and drinks before returning to Beach House between 15:30 and 15:45.
