Andeor terms
Terms of Service
Last updated 5 July 2026. These terms apply when you browse Andeor, create an account, book an experience or otherwise use the platform. By using Andeor you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Andeor is a Mauritius-based marketplace that connects travellers with independent local partners offering outdoor, culture & food and wellness experiences across Mauritius.
2. Our role as a marketplace
Experiences listed on Andeor are created, operated and delivered by independent partners, not by Andeor. When you book, your contract for the experience itself is with the partner; Andeor provides the platform, booking and payment facilitation, and customer support.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping access to it secure. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms.
4. Bookings and payment
Prices are shown in Mauritian rupees (MUR) unless stated otherwise and include the platform's service handling. A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation. You agree to provide accurate participant details and to meet any listed requirements (such as age, health or ability) for the experience you book.
5. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Each listing states its cancellation policy, which forms part of your booking. Partners may need to reschedule or cancel for safety reasons, including weather; in that case you will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
6. Deals and promotions
Promotional prices, including last-minute deals, apply only to the specific departure, period and capacity shown, while available. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
7. Your responsibilities and assumption of risk
Outdoor and adventure activities carry inherent risks. You are responsible for assessing whether an experience is suitable for you and your group, following the partner's safety instructions, and holding any travel or medical insurance appropriate for your trip.
8. Reviews and your content
Content you submit (such as reviews, photos or messages) must be honest, lawful and yours to share. You grant Andeor a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform and in Andeor marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.
9. Intellectual property
The Andeor name, logo, website, apps and content are protected and remain the property of Andeor or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Andeor is not liable for the acts or omissions of partners, for loss or injury arising from participation in an experience, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for a booking is capped at the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The version published on this page applies from its stated date; material changes will be flagged on the site or by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
