Choose between a course-by-course private meal and a relaxed shared brunch, with practical advice on menus, service, group size and planning at your accommodation.

For a private chef in Mauritius, choose the Private Fine Dining Experience if you want a restaurant-style meal prepared on-site and served course by course. Choose the Private Brunch Experience if you would rather gather over shared sweet and savoury dishes. Fine dining makes the meal the main event; brunch suits an unhurried morning catching up with family or friends.
Andeor offers both experiences through its partner. Their current menu options are for groups of 4 to 12 guests and last 3.5 hours. The choice comes down to how you want to spend that time together.

FAQ
Can these private chef experiences suit a family or group of friends?
The active menu options are for groups of 4 to 12 guests. Brunch suits a relaxed shared gathering; fine dining suits a group that enjoys a meal served in courses. Include children’s ages and dietary requests in your enquiry so Andeor can help coordinate the menu.
How much time should we allow for private fine dining or brunch?
Allow 3.5 hours for either experience, including any of the three fine dining menu options. Agree the serving time and chef access before scheduling another activity close to the meal.
How should we plan a private chef meal for our arrival day?
Start with when you expect to reach and gain access to your accommodation, rather than your flight’s landing time. Share your arrival plans and preferred serving time with Andeor so we can help coordinate chef access before you settle the plan. Allow room for the listed 3.5-hour experience.
The three-, four- and five-course menus are shaped by seasonal ingredients and your preferences. This format suits a celebration or an evening set aside for a carefully paced meal, without going out to a restaurant.
Choose three courses if you prefer fewer stages to the meal, or four or five if a longer sequence of dishes appeals. The menu is tailored to your group and confirmed after your request, so start with your preferred course count and the kinds of food you enjoy.
Private Brunch Experience
The brunch option, Croq’gourmand, lets you select sweet and savoury dishes from a curated menu designed for sharing. It is served at your home or villa and is specifically described for relaxed gatherings with friends or family. Choose it when you want the food to bring everyone together without making a sequence of courses the focus.
What the service covers
For fine dining, the chef prepares each dish from scratch at your location, serves the meal course by course and handles the cleanup. Wine pairings are an optional choice. Mention them in your request so Andeor can help coordinate them with the menu.
For brunch, our partner handles food preparation and service so you can spend time with your guests.
As checked on 30 September 2026, the three-course fine dining menu is listed from MUR 3,700 per person, the four-course menu from MUR 4,700 and the five-course menu from MUR 5,900. The Croq’gourmand brunch is listed from MUR 2,150 per person. These amounts are in Mauritian rupees and apply to each guest. All four active options have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 guests. Your date, tailored menu and any extras are confirmed after your request.
Leave room in your day for the meal
Plan around the listed 3.5-hour duration for either experience. All three fine dining menus carry that same duration, so choosing three courses does not mean choosing a shorter listed session. Give brunch its own place in the day rather than treating it as a quick breakfast before an outing.
Share your preferred serving time with Andeor so we can help coordinate the chef’s arrival and access to your accommodation. Settle those arrangements before fixing another activity immediately before or after the meal.
Give Andeor the details needed for your meal
Send your preferred date, guest count, accommodation or service address, chosen experience and preferred serving time. For fine dining, add your preferred course count. For brunch, describe the balance of sweet and savoury dishes your group enjoys.
Include any allergies, dietary requests and strong food dislikes at the outset so they can be checked before the menu is agreed. If children are joining, share their ages and meal preferences too. Andeor can help coordinate accommodation suitability, access for the chef and the details of your request with our partner.
