Payout and commission basics for partners
How much commission Andeor takes, when and how partners are paid, and what to set up before your first payout.

Andeor only earns when you do. We take a commission on the bookings we bring you, and everything else costs you nothing. This page explains how much we take, when and how you are paid, and what to set up so your first payout goes through smoothly.
The deal in one line
Andeor takes a commission starting at 15% on bookings made through the platform. There are no listing fees, no monthly costs and no setup charges. Your exact rate is confirmed in writing when your application is approved and never changes without notice.
How guests pay
Guests pay online at checkout, in Mauritian rupees (MUR). Andeor collects the full amount, keeps the commission and pays you the rest. You never have to chase a guest for payment.
What you earn on each booking
The gross amount is what the guest paid for your experience, including transport and add-ons where relevant. The platform fee is the Andeor commission on that booking. Your net is the gross amount minus the platform fee, and it is what reaches your account.
For example, with a 15% commission, a guest who books for Rs 4,000 generates a platform fee of Rs 600 and Rs 3,400 is paid out to you. Set your public price with any VAT you must charge already included, because commission is calculated on the guest-facing price.
When you are paid
Payouts are prepared weekly. If a monthly cycle suits your accounting better, ask us and we will switch your account. Every amount moves through clear statuses you can follow yourself.
- Pending payment means the guest reserved but the payment is not confirmed yet.
- Ready for payout means the payment is confirmed and the amount is queued for the next payout run.
- In payout means the amount is part of a payout batch being processed.
- Paid means the money has been sent, with a payment reference on your statement.
How you are paid
Bank transfer to a Mauritian account is the standard method; mobile money and cheque are available if they suit your business better. For bank transfers we need the bank name, the account holder and the account number. Payouts stay on hold until these details are complete.
Set this up before your first payout
Complete the tax and payout profile in your partner dashboard so our accounting team can verify it. We ask for the following.
- Legal name and trading name.
- Business registration number and business address.
- Tax residency (Mauritius for most partners).
- VAT registration number, if you are VAT registered.
- Payout method and bank details.
Nothing is ever deducted silently. If a legally required withholding ever applies to your payments, it appears as its own labelled line on your statement.
Cancellations and refunds
Guest refunds follow the cancellation policy on your listing (Flexible, Moderate or Strict). A refunded booking does not count towards your payout. If you cancel for weather, safety or a group that is too small, the guest is always refunded in full.
Last-minute deals
When you run a last-minute deal, commission is calculated on the discounted price the guest actually paid, never on the original price. Keep that in mind when you size a discount.
Where to follow your money
Open Finance in your partner dashboard (also available in the Andeor Partner app) to see each booking's gross, fee and net, the status of every amount, and your payout history with payment references. If something looks wrong, open a dispute from the statement or message us and the payout batch is held while accounting reviews it.
Changes to terms
If your pricing or terms change, tell Andeor before accepting new bookings under the old terms. Commission changes are agreed in writing and never apply retroactively to bookings already made.
