Match the payment to the booking

Check the merchant name, currency, amount and booking reference before authorising. Establish whether you are paying the full total or an agreed deposit, and retain any balance instructions. Do not send a second payment merely because a screen stalls. Read the transaction status and contact Andeor through the original channel so the payment can be reconciled.

Keep both confirmations

Keep the transaction receipt and the activity confirmation. The latter should identify the experience, participants, date, meeting point and relevant arrangements. A bank debit alone does not prove that a requested departure has been accepted. If payment is recorded but confirmation is missing, ask Andeor to resolve the same booking rather than creating another.
