When weather changes your Mauritius excursion
Understand operational changes, customer cancellations and the questions to resolve with Andeor when weather affects a booked activity.

If weather makes a booked outing uncertain, start with the status of that booking. A forecast symbol, a captain's cancellation and your own decision not to attend are different situations. The selected offer's terms and the confirmed circumstances determine the next step.
Wait for the activity-specific decision
Boat routes can change with sea conditions, and horse swimming depends on sea and tide conditions as well as rider suitability. Sunshine at the hotel does not prove that the route is suitable. Equally, an app showing rain does not by itself cancel the experience. Read the latest message from Andeor and follow the partner's operating instructions.
Resolve alternatives against the original booking
If a change is proposed, confirm the replacement date, programme, participants and any price difference. If a refund is due under the applicable terms, ask how it will be processed and retain the original reference. Do not assume every weather concern creates the same refund entitlement. A missed departure without contacting the team can be treated differently from an operator cancellation.
